Shipping: Please allow 1 - 3 business days of cleared payment for shipping. Arrival time will depend on how far the item is being shipped of course, but know that your item is sent out on my end promptly. I use recycled items as much as possible. I try not to waste paper when I can. I do not send out receipts unless specifically requested, and items are wrapped in recycled materials. Please feel free to just contact me if you would not like your item wrapped in recycled materials or if it is a gift. Items are sent USPS First Class whenever possible to keep my shipping prices low. I personally bring every package to the mail center to be shipped off, so faster shipping methods are no problem (with additional cost.) I am not responsible for items lost that are not purchased with insurance, or sent to a wrong address provided by the buyer. If you want delivery confirmation and insurance, that cost is up to you. __________________________________________ Returns: Please, always contact me first if there is any problem. Refunds and returns are decided on a case by case basis. The item must be shipped back within three days upon approval. __________________________________________ Allergy Info: My items are created in a clean, pet-friendly home. My dog is a poodle mix and considered "hypo-allergenic." People with extreme allergies to dogs may still get sick though. I have a cat that does not come near my work area, but is still in the house. I am happy to say though that all items are made in a smoke-free home. Some jewelry may cause irritation to sensitive skin.
